Service agreements
Client projects are covered by their own written agreements, signed before work starts: a statement of work (what we will build, timeline and price), a service agreement (support, response times and ongoing fees) and, where needed, a non-disclosure agreement.
If anything in those agreements differs from this website, the signed agreements apply.
